FamilyTherapy Session (Virtual & Onsite)

A session lasts for 2 hours.

The program is especially beneficial for families experiencing:

• Behavioural challenges in children or adolescents
• Marital or parental conflict affecting family stability
• Difficult life transitions or family adjustment challenges

Each session is facilitated by a trained therapist who works collaboratively with family members to:

• Identify unhealthy patterns and emotional triggers
• Develop healthier communication and coping strategies
• Process emotional wounds and trauma in a safe, guided environment
• Strengthen emotional bonds and improve understanding among family members
• Build practical tools that support long-term family wellness and connection

Whether attending in person at our Abuja office or joining virtually from any location, the Family Reconnect Healing Program provides a safe, confidential, and structured space where families can heal together, reconnect emotionally, and build stronger, healthier relationships.

Important Booking Policy:

• Your payment secures your appointment and is therefore non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Sessions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment. To help you make the most of your session, we encourage you to book your appointment within this timeframe.
• If your session is not scheduled or attended within 30 days, it will automatically expire. Should you still wish to proceed after this period, a new booking will be required.
